mayo parmesan tilapia
This is a very quick week night meal that is ready in start to finish in 30 minutes.
1 cup mayo
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
sprinkle of garlic salt, old bay seasoning, and dill weed.
juice of 1/2 a lemon
4 tilapia fillets
Just combine mayo and spices. squeeze in lemon juice. spread on both sides of fillets. bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
